Specialised Disability Accommodation

Specialised Disability Accommodation (SDA) is designed for people who require specialised housing solutions because of their disability-related needs.

Arbour Home Support can provide appropriate supports related to SDA in accordance with participant requirements and applicable NDIS arrangements.

Support May Include

Depending on the participant’s approved supports and circumstances:

• Assistance with daily living
• Support with household routines
• Personal activities
• Community participation
• Development of independent living skills
• Support to maintain a suitable living environment
• Assistance with daily routines
• Support around individual accommodation-related goals

SDA and the supports provided within SDA arrangements are separate considerations. We work within the participant’s approved NDIS supports and relevant arrangements.
